Orders placed before 2:30 pm usually ship out the same day from Beirut, Lebanon.

Delivery Fees:

Domestic Orders (Lebanon): $5
International Orders: Shipping fees are based on the destination and order size.
Delivery Times:

Domestic Orders: Standard delivery takes about 8 business days.
International Orders: Delivery typically takes 10 to 15 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas, especially in remote locations or during adverse weather conditions, delivery may be delayed. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, but there may be slight delays during peak seasons (e.g., sales, holidays, or promotions).

Signature Requirements:
No need to sign for your order upon delivery. If you are unavailable to receive the package, our delivery partners will attempt to deliver it up to three times on consecutive business days. After five days of no communication, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
